“La Stua de Re Laurin”
(The room of King Laurin) is the name of our restaurant
led by our skilful Chef de Cuisine,
who distinguishes himself for the high quality of his cookery. The
use of fresh and top-quality products is one of the distinctive
features of his cookery, based on typical Mediterranean dishes,
skilfully prepared by our chef with great creativity and fantasy
thus meeting the taste of the most demanding gourmets.
In the morning you will find a rich breakfast buffet
with sweets and cakes, cereals and corn-flakes, jam and chocolate,
fruits, dried fruits and syrup fruits, cheese and sausages, wide
choice of teas, coffee, hot chocolate and milk, croissants, bread

all made with the wood of an old Ladin hayloft, brings back to the
memory the image of the old “Tobià del Giaf”
(the grandfather’s barn). Here you will find the savours of
